The name was inspired by the ancient Greek term sophos architekton referring to St. Paul in the context of his work constructing Christian communities. Translated from Greek, it means "wise master builder."

For we are fellow workmen (joint promoters, laborers together) with and for God; you are God's garden and vineyard and field under cultivation, [you are] God's building.

According to the grace (the special endowment for my task) of God bestowed on me, like a skillful architect and master builder (hos sophos architekton) I laid [the] foundation, and now another [man] is building upon it. But let each [man] be careful how he builds upon it,

Architektos Design exists to build creative foundations. We offer products and services such as web 2.0 development, ecommerce module integration, logos, graphic design, as well as custom solutions. We strategically design solutions to ensure longevity for businesses. We build a corporate image which accurately represents the products, core values, and functional objectives for each business we work with.

Build it the right way
To build the right way, a preparatory groundwork process must precede the foundation-laying event. Deconstruction of old, flawed, or outdated components may be necessary before commencing. With longevity and lifecycle in mind, we skillfully remove the old and integrate the new. This orderly building method is fundamental to the long-term integrity of each project.

Scope

We generally build web and print design projects from the ground up, but also redesign existing websites or media. Our work ranges from basic, static websites, with a single logo, to custom content management solutions.

Presentation is often the deciding factor in the beginnings of a business relationship. We skillfully organize content into the preferred format for display, specializing in crisp, clean presentation.
